Appointments

You can see a GP, a practice nurse, a clinical pharmacist or a physiotherapist. Tell the receptionist a little about your problem and they will book you with the right person, which is often quicker than waiting for a GP.

Appointments are 10 minutes long. If you have several problems to discuss, please ask for a double appointment.

Ways to book

If you feel that your problem is urgent, you should tell the receptionist and every effort will be made for you to be seen the same day. If the doctor needs to see you in person, or you would prefer a face-to-face appointment, we will invite you to come in. You can telephone 020 3808 9807 or request an urgent appointment online. Extended access is also available — see our out-of-hours information.

There are several ways to book a routine appointment: download the NHS App, request an appointment online, use our online services, or telephone 020 3808 9807.

You must give your employer a doctor's fit note (sometimes called a sick note) if you have been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. See our Sickness Certificates page for how to request one.

Information and advice for travelling abroad is available on our Travel Information page.

Home visits are available for housebound patients. Please call before 11am on 020 3808 9807 where possible. Eligibility is assessed by a GP, who will decide whether a home visit is clinically appropriate.
